My Pasta Recipe

Here you see my Angel Hair pasta, dried and packed into jars to be eaten in the future.

Here’s my homemade pasta recipe:

300 grams Tipo 00 flour

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 eggs at room temperature (leave out for at least an hour)

Mix together, kneed until smooth, wrap in plastic wrap and let rest on countertop for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Now you’re ready to make ravioli, spaghetti, angel hair or whatever pasta you want.
