I turned 60 recently and thought “Hey why not have a real down to earth blog”, one where I share my years of personal experiences and share the things I’ve learned.

I’ll cover topics like getting your house ready to sell, organizing, downsizing, being empty nesters and I’ll share how I went from cooking for 4 or more to cooking and baking for two. There’s home maintenance and DIY projects, sewing, quilting and general crafting and a few more topics I think you’ll find interesting. From time to time I’ll include links to the items we’ve purchased and I’ll give you my down to earth honest take on how they preform. There will be input from my daughter and apartment living and how to organize small spaces.

This is real life living and not something that looks glamorous but unrealistic to maintain.
