Homemade Ravioli

While the recipe is exactly the same for all of them, the approach to making them is slightly different.

1-the Pasta Bike. Those blue wheels are moveable and click into place. I have this set for making ravioli. I can also make varying widths of pasta like fettuccine or wide eggs noodles.

2- the Kitchen-Aid Ravioli attachment.

Definitely the most complicated and difficult to use, now with that said it also makes beautifully uniform shaped raviolis.

3- the Ravioli Frame

The frame is super easy to use and to clean. Theres another piece that goes with the ravioli frame, it makes an even indentation in the middle of each square so you can put your cheese or meat and cheese mixture in it.
