I’ve been asked about my pot sheep lid lifter.

I purchased the box of Lid Lifters (this one being Farm Animal Trio) by Tovolo at a cookware store that had all kinds of interesting gadgets for cooking. Priced under $15.00 and well worth it.

These are made from silicone, easy to put over the edge of your pot, it stays in place annd can hold the weight of my Le Creuset pot lids. They’re easy to hand wash with a drop of dishwashing soap. I’ve used my sheep a lot and it’s never stained. And as promised on the packaging, No Spill Overs which I found quite nice. For once product packaging claims were true!

These add just that little bit of whimsy to my kitchen that makes everyone smile.
